Working, relaxing or meeting a group of friends from a coffee shop is always a great idea. While you’re traveling it’s very often the best place to rest and think about your next visit. However, for those who loves good coffee, comfortable seats, nice music and peaceful atmosphere, find below 5 great coffee shops in Chicago:

Ipsento

2035 N. Western Ave.

The first coffee shop I discovered during my first trip in Chicago. Impossible to not remember! Very great coffee selection, awesome community and nice seats.

Bourgeois Pig Café

738 W. Fullerton Ave.

Pretty busy place with vintage portraits and woodwork as decoration. Salads and sandwichs have been called by literary allusions. A bit expensive but the jazzie soundtrack will help you to relax and feel great in this place.

Julius Meinl

3601 N Southport Ave.

Nice music, good cup of coffee. I love Southport street. The location is really good. Lots of space and very quiet to work from this coffee shop.
