We all have experienced some discomfort on the air-plane. It can be a real downside for hours and to be a disappointment while you’re trying to relax on your way in vacation!
Here my tips about what to wear and what TO NOT wear on your next airplane trip.
Don’t wear: The entire bottle of your Cologne! Avoid strong-smelling perfumes and lotions which can be a huge irritation for the others travelers.
Instead: If you want to feel fresh, lightly mist your body with something subtle and natural, like rose water spray or swap it out for your favorite essential oil scent, such as lavender, which can be calming if you are nervous to fly.
Don’t wear: Skin-tight clothing. I recommend it all the time: tight clothes is a huge mistake! Thos leather pants might look nice when you arrive, but they will leave you feeling irritated and so uncomfortable the entire flight.
Instead: Choose breathable clothes like looser-fitting. Wide-cut pants in various prints are fashionable and even more comfy than some tight-fitting yoga pants. Comfort and fashion exist today! A flowy blouse with long sleeves if you tend to get chilly on the place will be perfect!
Don’t wear: High hells, stilettos or shoes that otherwise will torture your feet. The airport means lots of walking, hauling, carrying and possibly even running (it’s happen to me all the time!). Be kind and smart with your feet.
Instead: Simple, comfortable and practical shoes. Flats, espadrilles or stylish sneakers. You will look good and comfy! Your feet will thank you!
Over to you, what do you like to wear for a haul?
