What is great with Chicago is the high number of Music Festivals during the summer. Between Millenium Park, Ravinia and all the local festivals, the city is getting really exciting.
Ryan did an amazing job to organize everything and to schedule everything before the summer starts. What I love is you can have a picnic while you are listening amazing artist like… Diana Ross! But if you are looking at the picture, you can tell, lots of people have the same idea and it’s getting crazy are they are bringing table and seats which take space – lots of space.
My favorite place is Millenium Park, the sound is perfect, and you can discover new artists and enjoy while relaxing after a big day at work. It’s in the loop so it only takes me 15 minutes max to get there. Plus, if you don’t enjoy the music you can always back home. The down point is it’s forbidden to dance while you are enjoying the music which can be hard for some of us! Jose Gonzales was great last night, the park was full and you could tell the public was really enjoying the show. Diana Ross at Ravinia, did an amazing job for 72 years old. She has a lot of energy and her voice hasn’t changed that much. Her daughter did start the show for 20 minutes and she is really good, I am guessing it’s really hard for her to be Diana Ross’ daughter.
Over to you, do you like to see music festival during the summer?
