Nicolas is from one of the best cities in France: Toulouse! It’s been two years since he left NYC after living over there for a year. Today, he enjoys the American West Coast and it’s warmer weather! As an Account Manager for a French Company, let’s hope that Nicolas is teaching to Calidfornians that our wines are at least as good as the Napa Valley ones and even better!

How would you describe L.A to someone who has never been? Sea, Sun and Fun!
What is your favorite boutique? For clothes? I would say Urban Outfitters or Topshop.
Where do you find your vintage? Every vintage store you can find on Melrose Ave.
Your favorite museum? The LACMA. Just for the park, the place and the style of the museum.
What is the one L.A clothing essential? Sunglasses!
Your favorite spa in the city? Never been to one…
The best place for an easy day trip from L.A? For a hike into a park, I would say Joshua Tree National Park. For a relaxing day at the beach, Malibu, Santa Barbara or San Diego.
The best restaurant for veggie? I don’t go to veggie restaurant that much! For very nice salads, I like to go to Green Leaf.
And the best place or café to people watch? I like the Urth Café in West Hollywood. It’s a nice brunch place.
Where do you like to exercise? Runyon Canyon Park in the Hills. The view of LA is amazing.
Somewhere super touristy you still like to visit? The Grove. You can actually find some great French products. Venice Beach can be fun too.
What’s the best way to get around the city? Bike, bus, car… Unfortunately, by car.
Describe an ideal day in L.A… Hike in Runyon Canyon. Brunch at Urth Café or Chateau Marmont in WeHo. Beach/Surf in Manhattan Beach. Cocktails at the Bungalow in Santa Monica. Rooftop downtown LA (The Perch, The Standard or the ACE Hotel).
